Q: Can I request a custom baking design?
A: Absolutely! We love hearing new ideas from our community. If you’d like a personalized design (e.g., your bakery name, a custom quote, or illustration), contact us at contact@zomamoda.com.

Q: Do you restock designs?
A: Because everything is made-to-order, there’s no traditional “restock.” However, our most loved designs stay available year-round, while seasonal or limited-edition designs rotate in and out.


🎨 Print Quality & Care

Q: How long will the designs last?
A: Our apparel is made with premium DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and embroidery. Designs remain vibrant even after multiple washes when cared for properly.

Q: How should I care for my baking apparel?
A:

  • Wash cold, inside out

  • Use mild detergent, no bleach

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results

  • Avoid ironing directly on the print

This helps your apparel last longer and keeps prints crisp.

Q: Are your inks eco-friendly?
A: Yes! Our partners use water-based inks that are safe for both people and the planet.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Since we’re print-on-demand, orders take 2–5 business days for production. Shipping times vary:

  • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Wherever you’re baking, we’ll deliver.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your package every step of the way.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, email us at contact@zomamoda.com as soon as possible, and we’ll update your address.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unused items. Since everything is made-to-order, we want you to be 100% satisfied.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Contact us immediately with a photo at contact@zomamoda.com. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Q: Can I exchange for another size or color?
A: Yes, but since items are custom printed, we recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering. Exchanges may require a small fee for reprinting.

A: Yes! You can ship directly to your loved ones. While we don’t yet offer gift wrapping, each package comes neatly packed without pricing slips.
