Zomamoda Global Return & Refund Policy

At Zomamoda, we prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to Printful's policies to ensure a seamless experience for our international clientele.


Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be: 

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In their original condition (no stains, smells, or damage)

    • With all original tags/labels attached

❌ Personalized/custom designs (if any) are non-refundable unless defective.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@zomamoda.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll send you simple instructions on where to send your item back.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.

  • If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.


Exchanges

  • Want a different size or color? No problem!

  • Once your return is received, we’ll send your replacement item (processing time may apply as each piece is made-to-order).


Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items


Order Issues

If your order arrived with printing errors, defects, or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right immediately.
