Order early, and here is why

Everything we make is printed after you order it. Production takes 2-5 business days before your parcel even reaches a carrier, and December is the one month when both production and postal networks run slower than usual. For Christmas delivery, order by the end of November - earlier for Australia and the rest of the world, where transit alone runs 8-15 business days.

Buying for someone else

Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged for a different size, so measure something they already own if you possibly can - chest width armpit to armpit, body length shoulder to hem - and match those numbers to the chart on the product page. If you cannot get hold of a garment, a gift card is the safer move. Our packing slips never show prices, so you can ship straight to the recipient.
