We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to § 36 VSBG.

Note on the EU ODR platform: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 has been repealed. There is no longer any obligation — or any working link — to reference it, and it has therefore been removed from this notice.

Liability for Content / Haftung für Inhalte

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG.
