Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition (no stains, smells, or damage)

With all original tags/labels attached

❌ Personalized/custom designs (if any) are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@zomamoda.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We’ll send you simple instructions on where to send your item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

Once your return is received, we’ll send your replacement item (processing time may apply as each piece is made-to-order).
Return Shipping Costs

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Gift cards or digital products

Clearance or final sale items
Order Issues
If your order arrived with printing errors, defects, or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right immediately.
